Structures Supervisor

My client is a well-established civil construction company delivering projects across drainage, structures, and general infrastructure throughout the Hawke's Bay region. They are seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to oversee structural works, manage on-site teams, and ensure high-quality delivery from start to finish.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, coordinating self-performing crews, subcontractors, and plant while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors.
• Oversee concrete, steel, and formwork operations.
• Manage daily site activities, materials, and plant.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain QA documentation, site reporting, and H&S compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to resolve on-site issues.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in civil or structural construction.
• Strong understanding of concrete, steelwork, and general civils.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality outcomes.
• Full NZ driver's licence and working rights in New Zealand.
