Print Campaign Coodinator

Please note this role has an approximate start date of February 2026.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to take ownership of the operational side of our print marketing campaigns. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end printing process, ensuring mail merges are correctly set up, materials are printed and prepared efficiently, and everything is ready for distribution by our delivery team. You'll play a key part in keeping our real estate marketing campaigns running smoothly and on schedule.

• Set up and manage mail merge campaigns using pre-designed letter templates
• Operate in-house printing, folding, and letter-stuffing machines
• Print delivery maps and prepare distribution packs
• Coordinate and liaise with flyer delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Track and update campaign progress within our internal system

• Would suit a student or someone looking to get into the Real Estate Industry
• Tech savvy and confident with basic computer programs (Microsoft Word/Excel; experience with mail merge a bonus)
• Comfortable operating basic print machinery (training provided)
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage time independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems accurately
• Friendly and clear communicator – able to coordinate effectively with internal team and casual delivery staff

Hours:

• Approx. 15 hours per week
• Some flexibility with start and finish times & days
