About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a innovative health and safety technology company in Wellington. This role involves building a cutting-edge SaaS product from the ground up, contributing to a high-impact project that aligns with current market trends and improves safety standards across industries. You'll work closely with a dynamic team during the establishment phase, driving technical excellence and delivering a market-ready solution.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new health and safety SaaS platform
  • Implement scalable, robust architecture using C#, .Net, Azure
  • Apply domain-driven and test-driven development practices
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to system integration and performance optimization
  • Work full-time in-office for the 6-month establishment phase

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering SaaS products, especially in health or safety domains is a plus
  • Strong expertise in C#, .Net, Azure, AzureSQL or CosmosDB
  • Solid understanding of domain-driven design and TDD methodologies
  • Energetic, proactive mindset with a bias for action
  • Experience building scalable, secure cloud-based applications
