The Dunedin Team are seeking a skilled and safety-focused
Service Mechanic
. This hands-on role covers both field and workshop-based work, servicing and repairing a wide range of materials handling equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carry out scheduled servicing, breakdowns, and pre-delivery inspections on forklifts and equipment
  • Use our tablet-based system to log, complete, and close jobs with accurate and timely records
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work done and identifying any additional repair needs
  • Maintain van stock, tools, and cleanliness, while planning daily activities for efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • Mechanical trade qualification with mechanical experience
  • Strong diagnostics and servicing skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A current NZ driver's licence and willingness to join a rotating on-call roster
