Hourly Rate: $28-$31 per hour, depending on experience

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Gardener to join our team, helping us care for a range of beautiful gardens across Queenstown.

The Role:

You'll be involved in all aspects of garden maintenance and soft landscaping - including planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups. Every day is different, and you'll be working alongside a supportive team that values quality and pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Garden maintenance tasks
  • Using a ride on lawn mower and push mower
  • Use garden power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Work on your own and as part of a team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Drive manual work vehicles to and from sites

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally, experience in professional gardening, landscaping, or horticulture.
  • However, if you have a genuine interest in gardening, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn — we'd still love to hear from you
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Good physical fitness and stamina, as the role can be physically demanding.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautiful spaces.
  • Experience with Power Tools
  • Full Drivers Licence
