What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out high-quality blasting and painting work on a variety of industrial projects

  • Applying coating systems using both conventional and pressure pot spraying methods

  • Working independently and as part of a strong, supportive team

  • Maintaining excellent communication with teammates and site leaders

  • Committing to a safety-first mindset in everything you do

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in blasting and industrial painting

  • Strong understanding of coating systems and application methods

  • Skilled in conventional and pressure pot spraying techniques

  • A great communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively

  • Someone who is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
