About the role:
As Digital Infrastructure Services & Platforms Manager,
you'll be the architect of Northpower's digital backbone - designing, managing,
and continuously improving infrastructure that supports critical services
across our business. Working with a team of talented engineers, managed service
providers, and external partners, you'll ensure seamless delivery of platforms
and services while driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

- Set
the vision: Define and execute Northpower's digital infrastructure
strategy aligned with business growth.
- Lead
and inspire: Manage a high-performing team of engineers and partners,
fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Own
the platforms: Oversee cloud environments, networks, and enterprise
systems with robust security and disaster recovery plans.
- Be
the go-to expert: Act as the escalation point for critical incidents,
ensuring swift resolution and clear communication.
- Drive
innovation: Identify emerging technologies and implement solutions that
enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage
partnerships: Build strong vendor relationships and optimize contracts and
budgets for maximum value.
- Champion
growth: Mentor your team and support their professional development.
- This role requires occasional travel and after-hours
availability.

About you:

You're an experienced infrastructure lead with the ability
to balance operational strategy, commercial acumen and hands-on technical
expertise.

You bring:

- 10+
years in IT infrastructure, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven
success in designing, building and managing complex infrastructure
platforms.
- Deep
knowledge of cloud technologies, infrastructure-as-code, and enterprise
systems.
- Experience
in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure architecture.
- Strong
commercial acumen and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity
with ITIL and service delivery best practices.
- Exceptional
communication and leadership skills to engage technical teams and senior
stakeholders.
