As a Customer Sales Consultant, You'll
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service
- Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors
- Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions
- Work standard hours across Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts—up to approximately 46.5 hours per week in the short term
This position is offered as a
6-month fixed-term role
, providing a great opportunity to gain experience within a well-respected and supportive organisation.

- Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets
- Brings high energy, positivity, and a bubbly personality to every shift
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
- Works well with others and lifts the team around them
- Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable
- Can speak a second language (e.g., Mandarin or another) — preferred but not essential
