About the role

As our front-of-house Receptionist, you'll set the tone for the exceptional experience The Helier is known for. You will be the first point of contact, assisting residents and visitors, supporting daily operations, and helping maintain a warm, seamless flow across the community. The hours of work for this position is 3pm pm Saturdays and Sundays.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk
• Responding to resident and guest enquiries with warmth and efficiency
• Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Working closely with the wider team to uphold our premium service standards

What you'll bring

• Previous reception experience, ideally in hotels, lodges, or premium hospitality
• Impeccable personal presentation and strong communication skills
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and friendly, professional manner
• Respect for confidentiality and high personal integrity
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
