The Role: Salesforce Functional Consultant

What You Will Do

New opportunity for a talented and ambitious Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team We are looking for demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with Data Cloud, Omnistudio and FSC understanding and experience highly advantageous. You are a Salesforce subject matter expert, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. You work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements.

What You'll Bring To Slalom

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its various modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) including Agentforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and OmniStudio are advantageous.
• Significant experience of Salesforce, in a delivery-focused role.
• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions across different industry sectors.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functional/technical teams to deliver a project.
• Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into a solution.
• Experience of integration of other systems to the Salesforce platform (large-scale data migration is a plus)
