The opportunity:- Step into a high impact role where your expertise shapes the future of organisations. As a Management Consultant with a Project Management background, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors to deliver strategic solutions that drive impact. This is your chance to influence major investment decisions, lead complex programmes, and help clients navigate change with confidence.
- Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Apply advanced project management methodologies to structure engagements and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning diverse interests to achieve shared goals.
- Drive operational improvements and transformation initiatives, helping clients unlock efficiency and growth.
- Mentor and coach team members, building capability and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Identify and develop new opportunities, strengthening client relationships and expanding our impact.
- 5-10+ years of consulting or advisory experience, ideally within a Big 4 or similar environment.
- Proven project management expertise – qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly valued.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire confidence at all levels.
- Enthusiasm for driving change and delivering results that matter.
