About The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will shape and lead commercial finance and operations of a full life-cycle manufacturing organisation. Overseeing a small, capable team, this role spans the entire finance function. From planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance through to cost control, cashflow management, and engagement with investors and key stakeholders.

As a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, you will provide the financial insight, commercial guidance, and governance needed to support the company's growth agenda. Your ability to develop the commercial ability of the team will be a particular focus.

This is a role of significant breadth and influence. Strong, forward-looking financial leadership will be essential in driving organisational performance and supporting complex, multifaceted operations across the full manufacturing lifecycle.

About You

To be successful, we are seeking expertise in following areas:

• Manufacturing environments
• Deep commercial experience coupled with the ability to impart your knowledge and upskill the team/business in this area.
• A proven ability to contribute to business strategy while remaining comfortable operating in a hands-on, detail-oriented manner.
• The presence and credibility to represent the organisation effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board and current or prospective investors.
• High levels of resilience and agility, with the capacity to think quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and respond with urgency when required.
