restaurant renowned for its authentic cuisine and ambience.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless, sophisticated service that reflects the elegance and cultural depth of Japanese hospitality (omotenashi). You will ensure every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable and respectful service from arrival to farewell. From regular country club members to guests dining for their first time, the Food & Beverage Attendant plays a key role in showcasing our menu, that celebrates traditional Japanese techniques with modern elegance, offering guests a sensory journey

through flavour and presentation.

Success Profile

  • One year of previous Food & Beverage experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality setting (Japanese dinng experience is highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, culture and dining etiquette.
  • Excllent interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, attention to detail and presentation.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Proven ability and desire to continually provide superior customer service.
  • Familiarity with Agylysis or similar POS system is desirable.
  • Driver's Licence is advantageous, owing to Arrowtown location and shift patterns - you must be able to make your own way to and from work.

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Pay Rate: $ $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours: Permanent, full time guaranteed 30 hours per week
