About the Role
The Radiology Team at North Shore Hospital are looking for a New Zealand Registered MRI Medical Imaging Technologist to join their supportive & enthusiastic team. Our department is equipped with new DR X-ray rooms, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Mammography, Fluoroscopy unit, plus we have dedicated Theatre and PACs teams.
This role is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring an effective and efficient customer-focused service is provided at all times.

You'll bring:
- NZ Registration with the Medical Radiation Technologists Board (MRTB)
- A post-grad diploma in MRI
- A current APC with an MRI scope of practice
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Initiative to keep workflow moving smoothly
- A commitment to cultural competency — whether you're already confident in te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori, or ready to begin your journey
You'll also participate in our 24/7 rostered service, including on-call duties, ensuring patients receive care when they need it most.
