About the Role

  • Freight Handler - Night Owls
  • Fixed Term: Mon 10 Nov - Fri 19 Dec
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 9pm-6am (45Hrs a week)
  • OVERNIGHT WORK - Please do not apply if you are not a night owl
  • No weekend work required
  • Pay Rate: $27.10 per hour + 8% Holiday pay (paid weekly)
  • Bonus: +$29.00 per day paid for working Night Shift
  • Location: 32 Botha Road, Penrose, Auckland

As a Freight Handler for our Night Owl team, you'll be at the hub of our operations, working through freight that arrives at our Auckland Distribution Hub throughout the night and sorting this to courier drivers around Auckland (full training provided).

You will show a commitment to Health & Safety, and dedication to helping in the efficient running of our depot. Our Freight Handlers play a behind-the-scenes but crucial part in delivering outstanding service to our customers and couriers

About you

  • Fit & Comfortable with lifting - can lift up to 25kgs
  • Experience in a warehousing environment - advantageous
  • Strong eye for detail and can swiftly communicate issues where found
  • Strong communication skills - not afraid to speak
  • Looking for permanent hours and active work

All candidates will be required to provide proof of NZ working rights and undergo pre-employment screening, including a criminal history check and drug test.
