Our Front Office department is the heart and centre of the hotel and you could be joining this great team as a Guest Services Agent with us

Your day-to-day

As a Guest Services Agent, you will:

  • Provide great guest experience
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Assist guests with memorable hotel stays
  • Help guests with their luggage and respond to their general queries

What we need from you

  • At least 1 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company;
  • Tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Front Office, or related field is preferred;
  • Problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work with hotel Property Management Systems (Opera) would be ideal.
