We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Global Transaction Banking team. This opportunity offers you the chance to expand and add to your existing skills.

Te tūranga | The role:

As a Transaction Relationship Associate (TRA), you will play an important part within the Transaction Banking Relationships team, focused on providing outstanding support to our Transaction Relationship Managers (TRM). In this role you will work collaboratively across our teams in developing and maintaining great relationships across All of our portfolios for our high value Corporate and Institutional Clients to ensure we are exceeding their daily transaction banking service expectations.

This is a 6 month fixed term position and is based at our beautiful North Wharf building in Wynyard Quarter.

Ō pūkenga | About you:

You will have generalist knowledge across all products and services required to support clients transaction banking needs including preparing and checking new account opening documentation, term deposit renewals, actioning Business Visa applications and enquiries, co-ordinating technical and HelpDesk support for FastNet Business, and other related tasks. Additionally, as a TRA you will also support the daily administration functions other projects and /or other transaction related tasks.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in account management and building customer relationships. This role requires you to be proactive with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Most importantly you are someone who is passionate and determined to drive great outcomes for our customers.
