Customer Services Representative – Yard – Rangiora ITM

Due to ongoing growth, Rangiora ITM is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative – Yard to join our hardworking team.

This is a permanent, full-time role (42.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays. Flexibility to work extra hours as required is a plus.


What the role involves:
  • Serving and supporting our trade and retail customers in the timber yard, bulk store, and showroom
  • Accurately picking and loading customer orders
  • Operating POS systems and processing transactions
  • Maintaining stock levels and tidy product displays
  • Handling inwards goods – unloading trucks, receipting deliveries
  • Helping with deliveries to site

What we're looking for:
  • Previous customer service experience – you're friendly, approachable, and solution-focused
  • Experience or knowledge in building supplies or the construction industry preferred
  • Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves
  • Great work ethic – dependable, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Full, clean NZ driver's license
  • Forklift licence is a bonus – but training can be provided
  • Comfortable using computers and POS systems
