About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Client Support team members to help with supporting and training our clients in using our Timesheets and Payroll Software . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping others, has excellent computer and communication skills, and wants to work in a fast-growing tech company supporting NZ's primary industries. This is a Part-Time role (can fit around school pick up and drop off hours)

You'll be trained on our software and supported to succeed — your attitude, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly are what matter most. Join Agrismart's High-Performing Team.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Word in particular)
  • Good mathematical ability
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Clear communicator who works well in a team
  • Reliable and eager to learn
  • Must be Waikato-based and able to work from our Hamilton office.
  • NZ citizen or permanent resident

Nice to have:

  • Payroll experience or exposure to payroll processes
  • Experience in farming, horticulture, or agriculture
  • Customer service or admin background
  • Some sales experience
