We're looking for strong, resilient Support Workers - someone who's got the heart and strength to step up and support with complex behavioural needs. You'll be helping the people we support to manage emotions, stay safe, and grow. You'll be fully trained and have a solid team behind you

Your role involves helping the people we support to:

• recognise and respond to emotions safely.
• grow their independence and learn skills for daily living eg. using public transport, getting a job, cooking a meal
• manage their daily routines eg. shower, get dressed, take medication, eat a meal.
• pursue their goals, interests, and hobbies.
• stay healthy and making positive choices about their lifestyle.
• have strong connections with their whānau and community.

• Someone with life experience who knows how to stand strong and stay calm

• Physically fit and confident in high-pressure situations

• Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A full NZ driver's licence
