F&B Supervisor

Edgewater is a 4 star plus resort hotel situated on the shores of Lake Wanaka. The hotel is independently owned and operated and has 103 guest rooms, three wedding and events venues and other amenities befitting a hotel catering to discerning international and domestic guests.

We are currently seeking full time F&B Supervisors in our F&B team. Guaranteed hours on offer are 30 minimum per week.

Duties of the F&B Supervisor:

• To ensure the smooth daily operation of our F & B outlets, including but not limited to the co-ordination of staff & restaurant bookings.
• To be aware of F&B requirements across the hotel daily & any upcoming events.
• To be responsible for delivering consistently high standards of product and service throughout the hotel's food and beverage outlets, while maximising revenues and profitability of the division.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Forward any concerns or issues to the Managers. Your responsibility is to maintain our high level of service & smooth operation of the restaurant. .
• Be well organised and be able to cope with the pressures and demands of people, remaining flexible to guests needs at all times
• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager and Head Chef to provide the highest standard of service, food and best atmosphere possible
• Check the function folder daily and read/execute any F&B requirements.

• Higher School qualification (Level 1)
