HVAC Supervisor / Foreman

Due to growth in the business, a new role has opened for an HVAC Supervisor.

Be part of a valued and trusted contracting business that is growing. Offering top class solutions across the HVAC and Electrical space, to a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Your responsibilities include:

  • As part of the leadership team, you will be guiding and leading your own HVAC team on site.
  • Team of 5-7 people, ensuring safe, top-quality projects are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Projects including upgrades, new builds and maintenance work.
  • Effectively communicating with clients, suppliers, managers and team members

You will need:

  • A relevant HVAC installer / Pipe fitter/ plumbing qualification
  • Expert experience in HVAC (and refrigeration) in residential/commercial sectors
  • Solid experience in running a team of 4+ people on site.
  • Proven experience in working to site programmes and deadlines.
  • Understanding of site and safety regulations
