Our centrally located Nissan dealership in Wellington have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional sales professional to progress into an Assistant Sales Manager position. As part of Armstrong's, you'll join a group known for strong internal promotion, structured development, and genuine long-term career pathways.

Supporting the Branch Manager, you will play a key part in developing both your own leadership capability and the performance of the wider team. This hands-on role blends leadership responsibility with continued personal selling success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell vehicles and achieve personal KPIs
  • Support the Branch Manager with daily operations
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and strong customer follow-up
  • Assist with stock, trade-ins, pricing, and display standards
  • Provide leadership coverage when required
