At Oxygen Air you'll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of clients, providing them with tailored HVAC solutions that meet their unique needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound leads, identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending the best HVAC products and services. Your technical knowledge and sales skills will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. If you have a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach, we want to hear from you

HVAC Sales Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Call inbound leads to set up appointments.
  • Establish customer rapport with products and services.
  • Form accurate and complete sales quotes/proposals.
  • Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.
  • Educating prospective customers on our superior quality products/services.
  • Follow-up on quotes and tenders/leads.
  • Maintain customer information updated in the CRM Program.
  • Participate in training on the latest industry technologies.
  • Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs.

HVAC Sales Requirements:

  • Experience in our industry.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends.

Remuneration

  • OTE of $100K + per annum.

A vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop/tablet etc will be provided.
