ABOUT THE ROLE:

This contract is to focus on a roll-out of a new payroll system within the business working closely with NZ & Australia. 

This is a large-scale project for the business and they are looking for someone who has led a largescale payroll CRM project, working with internal & external team while also being able to communicate at a high level to senior stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture. You'll be responsible for working on this project and plan a pivotal role in their delivery and partner closely with the wider business. 

You will be responsible for working with business; IT teams and vendors to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver value via projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will also educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and train users.

The team all get on really well and the wider business enjoy socialising at work, having a cheers on Friday's.

This is an immediate start contract. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead projects and provide leadership and direction
  • Prepare budget, plan and communication strategy for each project
  • Manage the delivery of each project including trend analysis and reporting
  • Run workshops and take the company on the journey
  • Act as the key point of contact for the project and with partners
  • Work closely with customer's project managers to ensure timely delivery

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience working on large scale payroll CRM projects
  • Understanding of specific payroll knowledge such as the Holidays Act
  • Experience managing workshops
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
