Join a fast-paced, supportive Customer Service Team where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service for our customers and partners. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving problems.
This is a six-month fixed-term opportunity to cover parental leave.

About the Role
Manage and action customer tickets within SLA timeframesInvestigate and support customer and carrier claimsProvide reporting and insights to improve service performanceResolve issues in line with SOPs and document outcomesWork closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Inventory teamsSupport projects and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain high standards of communication, accuracy, and customer careWhat You'll Bring
