In this role you'll be supporting our Branch Manager and Assistant Manager as part of the leadership team to achieve key branch deliverables.

We are now looking for a dynamic supervisor to join our team and support the running of our Henderson branch.

• Coaching and mentoring team members to help them develop their skills
• Motivating and driving the team to exceed targets
• Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed
• Upholding an excellent customer experience and ensuring standards are maintained
• Maintaining high quality and appropriate quantity levels of stock on site

About you:

• Motivated with a can-do attitude
• Passionate about people development
• Excellent at communicating
• Interested in plants
• A reasonable level of fitness is required as this role involves heavy lifting
