This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager that is looking to develop their skills in the transmission and distribution space, delivering transmission lines, substations, and data centre infrastructure.
About the RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of multiple T&D and infrastructure projects. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders, you will play a critical role in shaping project outcomes from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects
- Oversee construction of transmission lines, substations, and electrical infrastructure
- Build and manage high-performing project teams across multiple disciplines
- Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery
- Implement and maintain best practice project management methodologies
- Monitor progress, budgets, and resource allocation across all phases
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality standards
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale T&D or HV electrical infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of substation construction, high-voltage systems, and grid connection
- Background in engineering, construction, or project delivery – degree or trade qualified
- Previous experience working with EPCs, utilities or large contractors highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as required based on project location
