Role Overview

At Esther, we deliver dining experiences with relaxed elegance and Mediterranean charm. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional moments for every guest. From sharing your knowledge of food and wine to delivering warm, attentive service, you'll help us turn every meal into a memorable occasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistently high level of service to all guests
  • Use your knowledge of food, wine, and beverage to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team and support management as needed
  • Assist in training and inducting new team members
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and apply learnings in your role
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery to uphold guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Must have valid working rights in New Zealand (Working Holiday Visas welcome)
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A genuine team player committed to ongoing learning and development
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on quality in every interaction
