Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

The Reservations Agent role is a great opportunity for someone with hotel or travel reservations experience to join our fast passed evolving team. As a member of the Reservations team, you'll be responsible for handing all reservations for our 4.5- and 5-star hotels, restaurant bookings, and handling general queries about SkyCity NZ and Adelaide.

The Reservations team operate on a 24/7 basis and this role works the night shift. The hours are 4 nights on, 3 nights off working from 8pm through to 6:30am with 10 hour shifts.

Mōu | About You

• You'll need to have a strong customer service ethic and a first-class telephone manner.
• Previous experience in a hotel/Reservations or sales environment is essential and knowledge of OPERA PMS system required.
• You'll also have superb communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team, be enthusiastic and have plenty of energy.
• You are available to work the night shifts.
