Are you someone who enjoys variety in your day and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a motivated and reliable Service, Parts & Sales Support team member to join our Grey Ford team

This is a hands-on role supporting our Parts, Service, and Sales Departments, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service from start to finish

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):

  • Assisting the Parts Department with picking and dispatching orders
  • Receiving and organizing stock
  • Pre-picking parts for workshop jobs
  • Picking up parts from suppliers
  • Supporting our Service Department by delivering parts to technicians
  • Taking vehicles to outworkers when required
  • Grooming service vehicles
  • Grooming Sales Yard vehicles and keeping the yard tidy
  • Picking up and dropping off vehicles as required for the Sales Department
  • Assisting Service Advisors in greeting customers, checking in their vehicles, and handing them back once work is complete
  • Ensuring loan vehicles are clean and fuelled
  • Helping to keep the dealership clean, organized, and running efficiently
  • Other general duties to support smooth daily operations across departments
What we're looking for
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • A full, clean driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a good team spirit
  • Previous experience in automotive, parts, or service environments is an advantage (but not essential — we'll provide training)
