Demand Generation Specialist

The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified lead flow and accelerate revenue growth. Your work will directly impact Autohive's rapid expansion by generating demand through paid media, email marketing, webinars, events, and account-based marketing. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and Community teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, optimized, and aligned with business goals. This role is key to scaling our market presence and supporting our global growth ambitions.
What You'll Do- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business goals and buyer personas.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TIK TOK and Youtube), email marketing, webinars, events, retargeting, and social media advertising.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and collaborate closely with the Social Media Specialist to align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage marketing automation agents on Autohive and HubSpot to nurture leads, implement lead scoring, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success and Community teams to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, and campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data and KPIs (impressions, clicks, conversions, pipeline influence) to optimize spend and improve ROI through A/B testing and continuous experimentation.
- Own event and other sponsorships and lead generation activities that support brand awareness and pipeline growth in target markets.
- Create and maintain detailed campaign reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts related to demand generation activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance demand generation strategies.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of execution.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, preferably in SaaS, technology, or AI sectors.
- Expertise in paid search platforms including Google Ads (AdWords) and LinkedIn Ads, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation and building workflows via HubSpot
- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns including paid ads, email marketing, webinars, and events.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and regions.
- Experience working with global markets and cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI technology or SaaS product marketing.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and advanced analytics tools.
- Understanding of AI educator or developer communities.
