The Role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineers across full-stack, DevOps, and QA disciplines.
  • Deepen AI adoption within engineering and product development workflows.
  • Maintain and improve delivery speed, software quality, and security standards (SOC2-level maturity).
  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, metrics, and risks to executive stakeholders.
  • Foster a transparent, collaborative culture built on trust, accountability, and autonomy.

  • Skilled in AI-assisted software delivery and scalable SaaS environments.
  • Coach-style manager who empowers teams and protects a strong engineering culture.
