A key organisational goal is to ensure honour and uphold our obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi and focus on providing better access to our services to our priority communities - Māori, Pacific Peoples, Young parents, children in state care Rainbow whānau and those living rurally. In conjunction with your Community Services Manager, you'll work together to ensure we are where we are needed most.

An easy initiative already underway was linking our car seat tech teams in with Pasifika Mama playgroup where we could provide specialist support and install advice.
