We are currently looking for an experienced and innovative Breakfast Chef to join our small, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering memorable culinary moments.
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience in à la carte breakfast service and canapés preparation
- A passion for creativity and menu development
- Knowledge of food control plans (FCP), stock management, and kitchen compliance standards
- A team player who enjoys working in an open-plan kitchen alongside our Lodge Hosts
- Preperation of daily staff meals
- A commitment to excellence and collaboration with the Head Chef to design unique guest experiences
- A part time role: 6am–2pm, 3 days per week
