We are seeking a
skilled Practice Nurse
to join a family-oriented general practice serving the
South Auckland
community. This is a full-time role within a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values high-quality, patient-centred care.
The position requires someone confident in managing day-to-day nursing responsibilities and delivering exceptional care with autonomy, while working collaboratively with clinicians and allied health professionals to improve health outcomes for a diverse patient population.
Our Successful Applicant Will Have
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate from the New Zealand Nursing Council
- Experience working in Primary Care
- Specialty knowledge and practice expertise in both an autonomous and collaborative setting
- A high degree of autonomy, with great assessment and time management skills
- Experience working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds
