About the role

Based in Wiri, Auckland and reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a high performing team to help keep our operation running smoothly. You'll oversee day to day operations across service and parts, driving performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Leading a team of 15-30, you will be hands on, people focused, and commercially sharp.

What you will be doing


• Leading and mentoring the branch team from manager to apprentice


• Managing workshop operations and customer relationships


• Driving results, efficiency, and a positive team culture


• Working closely with regional leadership and support teams


• Managing all financial aspects of the branch

What we are looking for


• Strong leadership experience in automotive, transport or related industries


• Strong communication and team building skills


• Solid understanding of workshop or service operations


• A proactive, results driven approach


• Sound understanding of financials including revenue, cost control, and profitability (PBIT)
