Te Tūranga – About the Role
Are you ready to shape the future of retail spaces? As a Space and Range Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, customer-led merchandise strategies that not only meet but exceed expectations.
This is a fixed term role for 12 months covering maternity leave.  You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and developing floor plans for new stores, refits, and tailored store requests in collaboration with key stakeholders. - Creating category schematics and planograms that bring our strategies to life. - Developing optimised product ranges that reflect customer insights and data. - Supporting Category Managers with strategic planning using the latest technology and analytics.
Your work will directly influence how our customers experience our stores — making shopping easier, more enjoyable, and more relevant.

You're passionate about FMCG and thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. With a strong analytical mindset and a love for data, you know how to turn insights into action.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar role, ideally within the supermarket or FMCG space. - Is highly organised, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented. - Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships across - teams. - Has advanced Excel skills and is familiar with industry-specific software (Symphony or other similar space planning software) - Holds a degree in commerce or a related field (a bonus, but not essential).
