Your Role:

As a member of our Customer Experience Roofing Team, you will be the driving force behind exceptional customer interactions across various channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Influencing sales to process orders and quotes
  • Offering innovative solutions
  • Providing outstanding support to our valued customers

About You:

You are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You excel in problem-solving, accuracy, efficiency, and effective communication. Prior experience in the roofing industry is a preference but not required. If you're ready for a change from hands-on tools to an office environment, this role is perfect for you.
