Our Plant Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment. This position requires an individual adept at managing various aspects of plant operations, with a focus on both safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Recording operational data accurately for reporting purposes.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing corrective actions promptly.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across all operations. A proactive approach towards problem-solving is essential to enhance the efficiency of plant processes. As a candidate, you should also have:

  • Civil Construction experience with a proven track record (essential)
  • W, T, R endorsements (essential)
  • Class 4 and 5 driver's license (preferred)
  • Team first attitude
  • Willingness to grow with the Company
