About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a people-focused recruiter who enjoys variety and thrives in a supportive, collaborative team. You'll join a well-established healthcare organisation, helping to attract and onboard the right people who deliver vital care and support in communities across Aotearoa.

You'll be part of a close-knit, friendly HR team that values both professionalism and personality — working closely with hiring managers, building strong relationships, and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process — including advertising, phone screening and reference checks
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, quality recruitment support.
  • Create engaging job ads, manage candidate pipelines, and use systems like BambooHR and Excel with confidence.
  • Support onboarding for new hires and assist with HR or recruitment-related projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance across all recruitment activities.

We're looking for someone who's not only organised and detail-oriented but also approachable and adaptable.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition — local or overseas, healthcare experience an advantage.
  • A confident phone manner with the ability to screen and engage candidates effectively.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to shifting priorities - can poise and pivot
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in people.
  • Tech-savviness and comfort using ATS and MS Office tools.
  • A proactive mindset — someone who takes ownership and communicates clearly.
