Early Childhood Teacher - Relocate to Victoria (Australia)

Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher looking to relocate to a beautiful town in Southeastern Suburbs of Victoria, Australia?

The town is close to local beaches and has little pockets of natural environments to explore. The town is also conveniently located near a main city and is accessible via public transport, providing easy access to city conveniences without the hustle and bustle of a large suburb.

McArthur is seeking an Experienced Early Childhood Teacher for a Family Owned, small Community Early Childhood Centre with an integrated kindergarten program.

The successful candidate will be eligible for an attractive relocation incentive payment to assist with relocation.

The opportunity available:

  • 3-year-old Kindergarten Early Childhood Teacher
  • 15 hours contact time per week - Tuesday and Wednesday preferred
  • Negotiable non-contact time each week
  • Salary based on experience and qualification assessment - Early Childhood Teachers Award

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and assess engaging learning programs
  • Work in partnership with families and the community
  • Maintain documentation of children's learning and development
  • Ensure alignment with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Support a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor of Education (Teaching) - Early Childhood Education specialisation (ACECQA assessed and approved)

OR

  • Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood Education)
  • Eligible for VIT registration
  • Strong knowledge of child development and Early Childhood Pedagogy
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
