Your Role
As our new
Medical Receptionist
, you'll be the face of the practice, providing outstanding service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.
• Answering calls, managing appointments, and handling inquiries with efficiency and a smile.
• Managing patient invoicing, fees, and assisting with cash handling.
• Collaborating with a supportive team while handling general administrative duties.

What You'll Bring To The Role

• A background in administration or customer service, ideally within a healthcare setting (experience is a bonus, but not essential).
• A warm, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to every patient.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay calm and professional even during busy moments.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong computer skills and the willingness to learn new systems.
