We are currently looking for a Part Time Retail Associate to join our team at Porirua for 32 hours per week.

Expected shifts will be 6pm - 9pm on Thursday evenings, and 12pm - 3pm on Sundays. There may be scope for additional hours to cover leave or sickness depending on business needs.

No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Processing specialised orders for our customers
  • Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products
  • Contributing to a positive and fun team culture

About you

  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
