Counterbalance / Reach / Stock Picker Driver

We're currently seeking reliable, safety-conscious operators to join our team in Auckland. You'll be responsible for operating counter balance, Reach Trucks and/or Stock Pickers to move and prepare goods within a busy distribution center.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Counter balance, Reach Trucks or Stock Pickers safely and efficiently.
  • Capable of carton picking – physically fit and able.
  • Move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
  • For Reach Drivers experience operating in double deep locations and high levels is preferable.
  • Prepare stock for dispatch in a timely manner.
  • RF scanning experience.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to meet targets.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years operating counter balance, Reach or Stock Picker machinery. Valid Pallet Truck license is an advantage.
  • Certification: Must hold a Counter balance, Reach or Stock Picker license, along with Pallet Truck.
  • Flexibility: Able to work various shifts (morning, day, or afternoon); must be available for early starts when needed.
  • Eligibility: Must be a New Zealand Citizen, Resident, or hold a valid NZ Work Visa.
