Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer to join our team. The Buyer will be responsible for purchasing materials, supplies, and services at the best value. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent vendor management abilities, and the ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Procure raw materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
• Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Work closely with suppliers to address quality or delivery issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and adherence to contract terms.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

• English communication skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain roles.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills and Experience (not necessary, but helpful):

• Familiarity with procurement software.
