The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager or Salesperson with strong solar industry experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on results, leads with integrity, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

You will be responsible for driving new business, managing relationships, and if in a management role, leading a dynamic sales team to success.

Sales Managers will also enjoy a profit share opportunity, allowing you to directly benefit from the success you help create.


What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline from inbound lead through to signed project
  • Meet clients in-home or on-site, including homeowners, schools, facility managers, and developers
  • Lead with insight, design smart solar solutions, and close with confidence
  • Coach, motivate, and collaborate with our growing sales team
  • Partner with the Managing Director to refine strategy, identify new opportunities, and drive nationwide growth
  • Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business through exceptional service

About You

  • Proven success in solar sales or a related high-value sales environment
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales management experience required
  • Experience managing annual sales values of at least 500K
  • Motivated, confident, and results driven with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to educate customers and build trust through transparency
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams is highly regarded
