We're on the lookout for a full-time Barista to join our buzzing Soul Boul location in Hamilton East, inside Made on 401 Grey Street. If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment, and love connecting with people, we'd love to meet you


About You:
  • Experience: Previous barista experience is essential.
  • Coffee Knowledge: You're confident behind the machine — from espresso to alternative milks and matcha alternative lattes.
  • Customer Service: You make every customer feel welcome and create a positive, memorable experience.
  • Team Player: You work well under pressure, stay calm during the rush, and enjoy being part of a supportive, tight-knit team.
  • Passion: You care about great coffee, beautiful presentation, and the small details that make a big difference.

Responsibilities:
  • Crafting consistently delicious coffees and other hot drinks
  • Opening and closing the cafe
  • Assisting with food prep and presentation
  • Handling transactions with care and accuracy
  • Ensuring smooth service alongside the rest of the team
  • Clearing tables & dishes
  • Learning the ropes in the kitchen - smoothies, bowls & everything else in between
