Legal Secretary

About the Role

As a Legal Secretary, you will have a strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and be confident gathering all supporting documentation to ensure the smooth progression of sale and purchase property transactions.

A Legal Executive will also be considered for this role.

You will be a key support person to a high performing and experienced Associate who requires a capable and proactive secretary to manage their day and ensure all matters in the conveyancing space run seamlessly.

You will liaise directly with clients, manage queries, and resolve any issues that arise throughout the transaction process.

To support efficiency, the firm continues to invest in leading legal technology, providing modern systems and tools to help you work smarter and more effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage conveyancing files working with an Associate.

Assist with initial reviews and reporting letters alongside an Associate.

Provide practical legal and administrative support in a collaborative environment.

Depending on your level of experience and qualification, your responsibilities may change slightly to utilise your skills to the fullest.

Work closely with a forward thinking team that embraces innovation and technology.
