Kaihāpai Hangarau / Technology Support

We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting whānau to effectively manage their own pathways for oranga through the nurturing and enriching our digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities include liaising with vendors for procurement, support and follow up, new kaimahi onboarding and training, scoping new systems, documentation, monitoring of systems and queues, laptop, mobile phone and system configuration, licensing, user administration, automation, testing and contributing overall to the initiatives at Te Tuahiwi and Te Tihi.

Te Tihi is a team of innovators, creators, supporters and leaders. You will be bringing your technical knowledge and skills to our data/digital team to actively contribute to Māori development, Whānau Ora and whānau "Reaching New Heights".

Our kaupapa is Whānau Ora and creating programmes and projects for whānau to dream big and achieve their own moemoeā.  Are you ready to dream big too?  Te Tihi is committed to realising the aspirations of Whānau Ora and is an organisation that brings together local Iwi/ Māori Health and Social Service providers, hapū and marae voices and local branches of national Māori organisations.

Te Tuahiwi is the backbone infrastructure of Te Tihi o Ruahine. We activate key levers to achieve whānau aspirations and outcomes and mobilise the Whānau Ora movement, including:

· Kaupapa Innovation: Whānau centred design of projects, products, services, and processes; Whānau centred and led service development.

· Communications: Fit for purpose communications.

· Te MataRau: Innovation of end-to-end Digital systems and solutions.

· Te Mana Whakahaere Raraunga: Strong and Agile data eco-system that mobilises Māori Data Sovereignty.

· Pikihia te Poutama: Advancement of skilled and high-functioning Kaimahi, and

· Puna Ora: Advocacy and coordination for Iwi and Māori provider advancement.

· Housing: Pathways to Home Ownership

The role is 12-month fixed term, 20 hours per week.
